Formed in 2009, the Ilford Business Improvement District’s key aims are to promote businesses within the BID boundary, increase footfall and to make Ilford the destination of choice.
SPACE is a leading visual arts organisation supporting artists in a changing urban environment by providing creative workspace, advocacy, support and promoting innovation. Established by artists in 1968, SPACE runs 20 artist studio buildings across seven London boroughs and Colchester, providing affordable creative workspace plus support programmes, such as exhibitions, artists residencies, bursaries and training opportunities, to enable artists to be sustainable.
SPACE also delivers learning projects for schools, young people and communities, to promote engagement with creativity and the arts.
