Project Celebration: Our Local Hero Print Outdoor Exhibition in Ilford town Centre

A selection of artworks and designs celebrating our local heroes, developed from creative workshops run with artists who have learning disabilities or autism. The artists designed a conventional art piece on their chosen local hero using a mixture of risograph, collagraph and block printing. This is a project developed and led by the Redbridge charity Uniting Friends Local Heroes is gratefully funded and supported by Colours of Redbridge. We Can Create is a project funded through Arts Council England.
This Outdoor Art Exhibition will be running from 7th to 21st July 2025.

Wednesday 8th July, Outdoor Exhibition, 11AM and Onwards
Location:
Outdoor Exhibition held in front of Kenneth Moore Theatre, Oakfield Road.
Accessibility and Travel:
We recommend taking public transport where possible, as parking will be limited.
For Oakfield Road, many bus routes stop nearby at Redbridge Central Library. Ilford station is a 10-minute walk, and there is parking at the Mildmay Road Car Park just a short walk away.
There are Blue Badge parking spots on Kenneth More Road.
