We have just announced some exciting new job opportunities in the Colours of Redbridge team. All roles are casual, and require only a few hours of commitment per week. Community Producers (Aged 18+)

  • Do you live, work or study in Redbridge?
  • Do you want to develop more creative opportunities and make a positive impact in your community?
  • Do you want to build accredited skills and be paid for your time?

If so, we need you to join our new team of Community Producers: a fantastic group of community members leading arts and culture projects in Redbridge.
Please note that no previous experience of creative projects is required.

You can become a Community Producer if you live, work or study in Redbridge and connect to one of these areas or groups:

  • South Redbridge: Ilford, Loxford or Clementswood.
  • North Redbridge: Hainault, Barkingside or Fullwell Cross.
  • Removing Barriers across Redbridge: People who have retired, are D/deaf, neurodivergent, disabled, access mental health services, or support someone who does.

We particularly welcome people from backgrounds underrepresented in the arts, such as people from global majority communities, lower income households and people who identify as D/deaf, neurodivergent, or disabled.

Future Producers (Aged 16-25)

  • Are you aged 16-25 and full of innovative ideas?
  • Do you want to develop more creative opportunities for young people in Redbridge and make a positive impact in your community?
  • Do you want to build accredited skills in programme design and be paid for your time?

If so, we need you to join our growing team of Future Producers: a fantastic group of 16-to-25-year-olds leading a new digital arts programme with Colours of Redbridge.

We welcome young people who:

  • Are 16–25 years old.
  • Live, work, or study in Redbridge.
  • Listen to other people’s points of view.
  • Are passionate about creativity (no experience needed!)
  • Are keen to learn, collaborate as a team, and shape a programme for other young people.

We particularly welcome people from backgrounds underrepresented in the arts, such as people from global majority communities, lower income households and people who identify as neurodivergent, D/deaf, or disabled.
