Rediscover Redbridge 

On Thursday 10 April, we hosted ‘Rediscover Redbridge’ at Redbridge Town Hall and surrounding spaces such as the Kenneth More Theatre and SPACE studios.

The event opened the doors for the community to explore the borough’s vibrant creative and cultural scene. From free activities to interactive workshops and brilliant live performances, there was something for all ages to enjoy.

Whether you discovered the local exhibition, got hands-on with some with arts and crafts, joined in on a story-time, or experienced the joy of dance at one at one of our dance workshops, there were plenty of ways to spark curiosity and unleash your creativity.

We had over 1,000 attendees across the day with 8 incredible performances and 15 inspiring creative workshops, plus representation from over 30 local organisations:

About Colours of Redbridge

Colours of Redbridge is a programme of community-led arts and culture in the borough of Redbridge. It is part of Creative People and Places (CPP), a national programme from Arts Council England, where local people decide what culture happens in their area.

The programme supports people who live, work or study in Redbridge develop their own creative and cultural projects for everyone to enjoy.

As well as Arts Council England, the programme is supported by the following local organisations: Friends of Loxford; Muslimah Sports Association; SPACE Studios; Community Action Redbridge; Iford Business Improvement District; and Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure.
